We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

Terms and Conditions -- MusicFirst's 30 day money back guarantee: If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of
the date of receipt for a refund or credit. All returns must be
accompanied by a valid RA number (issued from MusicFirst) appearing on the
label. An RA number can be obtained by contacting the Customer Support
Manager at info@musicfirst.com.
The item must be in the same condition it was in when you bought it and
sent in its original packaging materials. MusicFirst reserves the right to
charge for incomplete returns or damaged returns. If original packaging
has been discarded, customer must pay for new packaging and freight for us
to send new packaging. Refunds and credits do not include shipping and
handling costs. It is suggested that customers send returns back in via a
trackable shipping method. MusicFirst is not responsible for returns that
are lost in transit.
If you have purchased a subscription-based product, you will need to provide a written explanation of why you are canceling your subscription and send it via email to info@musicfirst.com within 30 days of activation. Upon receiving written notification, MusicFirst will terminate your subscription. Subscription termination will result in the deletion of all user accounts and files associated with the service.
Items which cannot be returned: Opened computer software.

- Software - unopened software may be returned within 30 days of receipt
for full credit. There is no return of software if the package has been
opened. Packages without cellophane will only be accepted if media is
still sealed.
Customer received a product that is damaged or faulty. All claims must be
made within 30 days of receipt.
- Damage from shipping - Items received with obvious damage should be
refused and MusicFirst should be notified. Damaged shipments that are
refused will be sent back to MusicFirst and a new product will
automatically be issued. All other claims resulting from damage in
shipping must be made within 30 days of receipt of item. This includes
"Concealed Damage" in which the damage cannot be assessed by looking at
the box or other packaging material. It is the customer's responsibility
to un-box all items in this time frame and check for satisfactory
operation.
- Faulty product - product not functioning to the specifications of the
manufacturer can be returned within 30 days of either the receipt of the
product of the "sign-off date" of the installation. All returns must be
accompanied by a return authorization number (RA, see above). Past that
point, MusicFirst will pass along all manufacturer warranties as stated in
their individual policies. Information on exact manufacturer warrantees is
available on request.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MusicFirst shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MusicFirst shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MusicFirst shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
