Giovanna brings with her over 15 years of experience as a public school music educator and a seasoned leader in Saas and EdTech. She has a proven track record of helping organizations thrive by leading transformative initiatives in education and customer success. Her career includes launching customer education academies, delivering engaging clinics at regional and national music education conferences, and developing scalable systems that increase retention and long-term user growth. Prior to joining MusicFirst, Giovanna served as Director of Customer Success at MakeMusic.
A passionate advocate for the arts, Giovanna began her career as a professional musician and educator. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Iowa and continues to blend her love of music performance with deep expertise in educational technology.
