Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase through MusicFirst. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card has on file for you.) Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon delivery of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept payment via money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders will be processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for the funds to clear before the order can be processed. Please note that the product's availability cannot be guaranteed until the payment has been received.

Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.

Refund Policy

At MusicFirst, we understand that circumstances may arise which require a refund. While we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, please note that we reserve the right to decline a request. Refunds cannot be offered for unused licenses, undisclosed issues, or if the product does not have the features/functions the customer expected but did not evaluate during the free trial period.

If you wish to decrease your subscription seat count or change your software selection(s), please inform your Education Manager and finalize the exact changes within 30 days of placing the order. After 30 days, seat count and software adjustments cannot be accommodated without express permission from supervisors, and the minimum decrease in licenses is 10.

License transfers between MusicFirst Classroom sites are only possible if the software assortment for each site is identical. Seat count adjustments and software changes follow the same rules outlined above. To request a refund, please submit your request to MusicFirst Support or Education Manager within 30 days of placing the order.

Typographical Errors

We strive to ensure that all products are accurately priced. However, in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

We may refuse or cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
