Bryson Tarbet is an experienced educator and instructional coach who transitioned from a career as a PreK–6th grade general music teacher to a full-time role dedicated to supporting music educators. With a Bachelor’s from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master’s with a Kodály emphasis from Capital University, Bryson’s pedagogy is deeply rooted in high-level musical instruction. His career trajectory was reshaped by a transformative year on an elementary intervention team, where he discovered a profound passion for supporting students with disabilities. Today, Bryson draws on his personal journey as a neurodiverse individual as well as his classroom experience to guide every aspect of his work. This lived experience serves as the heartbeat of the professional impact he strives to provide, ensuring sensory and emotional inclusion remain at the forefront of his mission to help teachers cultivate classrooms that honor the diverse needs of every student.
