Dr. Julia Alford supports music faculty at a broad range of colleges and universities across North America through curriculum design, product training and support, and outreach. She is a member of the adjunct faculty at Boyer College of Music & Dance, Temple University, and provides public education resources through a series of YouTube videos designed to tutor everyone and anyone who wants to improve their dictation skills. In her spare time, she composes sacred and art musics, plays accordion, competes in trail races, rescues too many cats, volunteers as a youth leader at the Church of St. John the Evangelist in Chews Landing, New Jersey, and nurtures a decent sized garden. Dr. Alford holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.
