Customer Support Manager
Melissa Hardtke is the Customer Support Manager at MusicFirst, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience and a lifelong love of music. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, and previously supported educators as Clinic Coordinator at Hal Leonard. When she’s not helping others succeed, she can be found singing and shredding on the viola, happily bouncing between classical and indie/folk tunes.
